Contact and joining forms
The forms collect your name, email address, the enquiry or interest you select, and any message you choose to provide. Telephone, local area and organisation details are optional. The Secretariat uses these details to respond to your enquiry and discuss the next steps you have requested.
A joining enquiry may reveal an interest in a political party. The joining form asks for your explicit consent to process that information for this enquiry. Submitting either form does not subscribe you to a campaign mailing list or confirm party membership. Please do not include identity documents, financial information or sensitive details about other people.
How forms reach the Secretariat
When you submit a form, your browser sends the information to FormSubmit , which processes the submission and provides email delivery. It is then sent to the Secretariat’s Gmail inbox. The website does not save form submissions in its public content database.
FormSubmit states that it retains submissions in its archive for 30 days. The Secretariat separately manages the messages it receives in Gmail while handling your enquiry and any necessary follow-up. If you prefer not to use the form provider, you can email the Secretariat directly.

Your choices
You can withdraw your consent to further handling of a joining enquiry, request access to the information you supplied, or ask for correction or deletion by emailing zidiraja5000@gmail.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out. These requests may be subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Technical information and cookies
Cloudflare hosts the website and may process IP addresses, request details and security logs to deliver and protect it. External images used in media cards may load from the original publisher. The public website does not include advertising trackers. Forms are sent in the background so you stay on this website. The provider may process request information as part of its spam prevention checks.
Secretariat editor
The private editor uses an essential sign-in cookie with a 12-hour expiry. Short-lived, hashed IP records limit repeated sign-in attempts. Public visitors do not need this cookie. Leadership names, biographies and photographs entered by an editor are published on the website.
